The Company has a 'state-of-the-art' manufacturing plant at Thirubuvanai, Pondicherry the hub for pharmaceutical industry. The Company has separate sections for Tablets, Capsules and Dry Powders. In order to meet the rapidly growing demand the plant has been equipped with most sophisticated manufacturing equipments. Our large scale production capacities, highly qualified production and quality control staff, state of art WHO-GMP certified manufacturing facility combines to give a perfect environment for contract manufacturing.

Temperature and Humidity are controlled by HVAC systems in all the process and packing areas. In the clean room, the supply air is filtered through EU-13 Type HEPA filters. Our clean room is classified under ISO Class 8. The plant has an individual and exclusive AHU system for each and every section to avoid cross contamination of the product.

The plant is fully equipped with Mass mixer, Multi-mill, Vibrosifter, Fluidized Bed Dryer, Compression machines, Paste Kettle, Coating Pans, Double cone Blenders , Capsule filling/polishing machines, Double track Blister Packing machine, Alu-Alu packing machines and 6 track Strip Packing machines etc.

Our facility has an independent Quality Control Laboratory duly equipped to carry out all analytical tests including microbiology. Facility also has well trained site Quality Assurance Team responsible for documentation compliance and release of finished product.
